Diopter Compensation

Illuco diopter compensation refers to the adjustment of the optical power (measured in diopters) of a loupe to compensate for the user's vision.

Diopter compensation is necessary when the user's eyesight differs from the standard vision (i.e., they are nearsighted, farsighted, or have astigmatism). By adjusting the diopter, the loupe can be customized to the user's prescription, ensuring clear and comfortable vision without the need for additional corrective lenses, like glasses. In practical terms, a loupe with diopter compensation allows a user to fine-tune the focus based on their specific visual needs, optimizing the clarity of the magnified image.
